A reservation can be made by e-mail or via the reservation form on the website. Both ways of making a reservation shall be binding on both parties.
By making a reservation these booking conditions between tenant and landlord (Carincone) shall be applicable.
The client who makes the reservation (tenant) shall be jointly and severally liable for the obligations ensuing from the booking agreement, both of himself, and his fellow travellers.
2. Reservation contract and payment
Every reservation contract is confirmed by Carincone using a reservation confirmation.
Within 21 days after confirmation the tenant shall pay a deposit of 25% of the rental amount. Information regarding payment of the deposit shall be mentioned on the booking confirmation. At the moment the deposit has been received by Carincone the reservation shall be final.
The remainder of the rent shall be payed not later than 6 weeks before arrival.
Tenant shall be due the full amount of rent owed to Carincone, including all orders made, as mentioned on the booking confirmation. The same applies in case of later arrival or earlier departure of the tenant than stated on the booking confirmation.
If the deposit does not arrive in time Carincone shall be entitled to cancel the reservation.
3. Cancellation by tenant
Cancellation by tenant shall be e-mailed to Carincone.
After receipt of cancellation, Carincone shall send a confirmation of the cancellation.
If cancelled within 7 days after the reservation confirmation, the deposit will be refunded by Carincone.
In case of cancellation after these 7 days and up to 8 weeks before commencement of the rental period the tenant shall be due 50% of the rent.
In case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant shall be due the full amount of the rent.
Cancelled reservations can not be transferred to third parties unless tenant has digital permission from Carincone.
4. Cancellation by Carincone
If cancellation is forced by exceptional circumstances, Carincone will notify the tenant instantly and, if possible, offer an alternative.
If Carincone is not able to offer an alternative, or in case of non-acceptance of the alternative by the tenant, the entire amount already paid by tenant will immediately be returned by Carincone. The tenant has no rights other than the recovery of this amount.
5. Cancellation insurance
Carincone recommends each tenant to take a cancellation insurance.
In case of cancellation, tenant can claim full or partial reimbursement of the rental amount, provided that the reason of cancellation falls within the coverage area of the insurance.
6. Liability of the tenant
During their stay on Carincone each tenant shall be fully liable for the apartment and furnishings, and all matters that belong to the rented object.
The tenant shall immediately and entirely reimburse to the landlord any damage caused by tenant or his or her travel companions and/or pets.
7. Liability of the landlord
Carincone does not accept liability for loss or theft, damage or injury of whatever nature suffered by tenant or caused by other tenants.
Carincone shall not be responsible for damage that arises as a result of natural disasters, attacks, strikes, acts of violence or accidents.
Use of facilities on the property of Carincone is at the tenant’s own risk.
We ask you to present complaints directly to us and we will fix them in all reasonableness and fairness.
9. We want to let you know…
You can enter the rented apartment on the day of arrival from 3:30 p.m.
You must vacate the rented apartment on the day of departure no later than 10:00 a.m.
You must pay the remaining costs in cash the evening before departure.
You must leave the rented in the same condition as upon arrival.
10. Other costs
The costs of final cleaning and disinfection are € 50,00 per rented apartment.
